Role Description
The Recruitment Intern – University Students role is full-time and on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities and gain practical exposure to recruitment processes while learning from HR and talent acquisition professionals.
Recruitment Responsibilities
- Draft job postings, screen applications, and schedule candidate interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and basic recruitment reports.
- Support communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Help organize campus outreach and career events targeting university students.
HR Administration
- Support onboarding and documentation activities.
- Assist the HR team with administrative tasks related to recruitment and employee documentation.
