We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment across our VIC, TAS & SA operations, with opportunities to assist other business units as required.

Whether you're an experienced Recruitment Coordinator ready for your next challenge or an established recruiter looking to broaden your impact, you'll play a key role in attracting and securing great talent across the business.

Working closely with hiring managers and the wider People & Culture team, you'll manage recruitment activities from end to end while providing an outstanding experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.

You'll enjoy variety in your role including:

Managing end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

Building trusted relationships with hiring managers and providing guidance throughout the recruitment process.

Proactively sourcing and engaging talent through multiple channels to build strong talent pipelines.

Coordinating multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Supporting workforce planning initiatives and identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes.

What you'll bring to the role

Experience in internal or agency recruitment, recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or a similar people-focused role.

Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and high-volume workloads.
