We are hiring a highly driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in recruitment sales to expand our client base in Qatar.
This role focuses on acquiring new clients, generating manpower demand, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients with hiring needs in Qatar
- Drive recruitment sales and generate consistent business opportunities
- Build and manage strong relationships with decision-makers
- Secure manpower requirements and ensure repeat business
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver recruitment solutions
- Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment sales / staffing business development
