About The Role

We are hiring a highly driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in recruitment sales to expand our client base in Qatar.

This role focuses on acquiring new clients, generating manpower demand, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients with hiring needs in Qatar
  • Drive recruitment sales and generate consistent business opportunities
  • Build and manage strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Secure manpower requirements and ensure repeat business
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver recruitment solutions
  • Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment sales / staffing business development
  • **Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation in recruitment sales or demand generation**
  • **Strong understanding of recruitment and manpower supply processes**
  • **Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills**
  • **Ability to work independently and consistently achieve targets**
