Recruitment Advisor - Volume

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume operational roles across the ESS Remote portfolio, ensuring workforce requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.

Coordinate and participate in recruitment campaigns and events, including assessment centres and targeted sourcing initiatives.

Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers, providing recruitment expertise, workforce insights, and practical hiring solutions.

Maintain and engage a proactive talent pipeline to meet current and future workforce needs.

Collaborate closely with your team, sharing knowledge and supporting each other to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Experience using PageUp or a talent acquisition system of a similar nature will be highly regarded.

Experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within hospitality, FIFO, resources, remote operations, or fast-paced workforce environments.

Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
