About the Role
Robertson Group is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to support the resourcing team in Stirling. You will handle contract drafting, onboarding, payroll liaison, and general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
- Draft contracts and ensure all information is processed correctly in line with Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) for both Permanent and Temp roles
- Maintain onboarding process for all new starts to ensure all contract information is returned and processed for payroll
- Liaise with business units and candidates to retrieve missing information in line with payroll cut off dates
- Issue new start information to the Payroll department on a monthly basis
- Complete online registration for AXA health assessments for all new starts
- Process departmental mail including new start paperwork
- Monitor team mailboxes
- Upload employee information to People First (HR Information Management System)
- Assist to update standard operating procedures and processes
- Undertake recurring daily and weekly administrative tasks
- Manage general enquiries for the resourcing team via e mail and telephone
- Collate data for weekly or monthly reports
Requirements
- Administration experience within a HR function or a fast paced recruitment environment
- Strong proven background in providing exemplary customer service
- Excellent organisational skills
- Problem solving skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient IT skills: Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365
- Ability to prioritise and adjust quickly to changing priorities
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills

What you'll do
