You are a great fit if you have a background in the following:

• You have 2–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, executive coordination, People operations, or another fast-paced operational role.
• You are exceptionally organized and can manage many simultaneous workstreams without losing track of details.
• You move quickly and naturally create urgency around things that are stuck.
• You communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally with everyone from candidates to executives.
• You have strong judgment and know when to solve something yourself versus escalate it.
• You don’t just follow processes - you notice when they’re inefficient and want to improve them.
• You’re excited about AI and constantly look for ways technology can make you more effective.
• You’re comfortable operating in an environment where priorities change quickly and the answer is not always obvious.
• You want significantly more responsibility over time and view this role as a place to develop into an exceptional recruiting or operations leader.

To support close collaboration, this role is based in our San Francisco headquarters and requires in-office attendance 5 days a week.

The expected base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $125,000 USD .

In addition to base salary, we offer equity and benefits.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
