Talent Acquisition Specialist

will manage the end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles, with a primary focus on

Property Consultants

and corporate support functions.

The ideal candidate will bring proven recruitment experience within the UAE real estate sector and a deep understanding of local hiring practices, commission-based models, and brokerage structures.

Key Responsibilities

  • **End-to-End Recruitment:**
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • **Real Estate Focus:**
  • Recruit high-performing real estate professionals (Property Consultants, Sales Agents, Leasing Agents, and Management roles).
  • **Strategic Sourcing:**
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, databases, referrals, and industry networking.
  • **Stakeholder Partnership:**
  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements, align on hiring priorities, and coordinate interviews.
  • **Candidate Assessment:**
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of skills, experience, cultural fit, and compliance with UAE regulations.
  • **Talent Pipeline & Metrics:**
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for future needs, track key recruitment metrics, and prepare hiring reports for management.
  • **Compliance & Experience:**
  • Ensure all processes comply with UAE labor laws while providing a seamless, professional candidate experience.
  • **Employer Branding:**
  • Strengthen employer branding to position

Qualifications & Experience

  • **Mandatory Requirements**
  • **Industry Experience:**
  • Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist within the

Uae Real Estate And Brokerage

  • market.
  • **Tenure: Minimum of 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a real estate firm.**
  • **Domain Knowledge:**
  • Strong understanding of commission-based hiring, real estate agent structures, and local licensing requirements.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • **Sourcing Tools:**
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other sourcing platforms.
  • **Soft Skills:**
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • **Adaptability:**
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, and agile environment.

Preferred Skills

  • An active, strong network within the UAE real estate talent pool.
  • Experience balancing both sales (commission-driven) and non-sales (corporate) recruitment.
  • High level of professionalism, organization, and confidentiality.
