Responsibilities
- Headhunt experienced Real Estate Agents through LinkedIn, job boards and social media
- Proactively source and engage high calibre self employed professionals
- Conduct telephone, video and face to face interviews
- Manage candidates through the full recruitment process
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Support successful candidates through onboarding
- Work closely with leadership team to understand hiring needs and recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate records within CRM and ATS
- Represent the Tyron Ash brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience (agency or in house)
- Confident headhunter with strong sourcing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Self motivated, target driven and resilient
- Professional, positive and proactive approach
- Experience recruiting within property, sales or self employed environments is advantageous

Overview
- Tyron Ash International Real Estate is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our UAE office.
- This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of our business by identifying, attracting and onboarding exceptional self employed Real Estate Agents.
- You'll be responsible for sourcing top talent, building relationships with experienced professionals, conducting interviews and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.
What You'll Be Doing
- Headhunting experienced Real Estate Agents through LinkedIn, job boards and social media.
- Proactively sourcing and engaging high calibre self employed professionals.
- Conducting telephone, video and face to face interviews.
- Managing candidates through the full recruitment process.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
- Supporting successful candidates through onboarding and ensuring they have an exceptional experience.
- Working closely with the leadership team to understand hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records within our CRM and ATS.
