Overview

• We are seeking candidates with strong recruitment expertise in Retail, FMCG, Supermarket, Hypermarket, and Grocery sectors.
• 🔹 Experience Required:
• Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience
• Proven experience in blue-collar mass hiring
• Experience in white-collar recruitment for supervisory and corporate roles
• Previous experience working with HR consultancies/recruitment agencies is highly preferred
• 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
• Source candidates through job portals, consultancy networks, references, and social media platforms
• Coordinate and conduct interviews efficiently
• Manage blue-collar recruitment within tight timelines
• Manage white-collar recruitment for executive and corporate positions
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Coordinate with department managers for manpower planning and closures
• Maintain recruitment databases and trackers
• Ensure smooth joining and documentation process for selected candidates

🔹 Preferred Industry Background

Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing strategies
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
