Role:** HR Recruiter **Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post job ads on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Rozee.pk.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,500.00 per month
