Onyx Transportation Solutions is seeking a proactive Recruiter to source, screen, and coordinate candidates for various client requirements in construction, oil & gas, industrial, logistics, and facility management.

Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain an updated database of candidates for various job categories
- Collect and verify candidate documents before deployment
- Coordinate with the operations team for mobilization, gate passes, medicals, and other onboarding requirements
- Meet recruitment targets within the required timelines
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and recruitment partners
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate recruitment records
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a manpower supply or staffing company
- Experience recruiting blue collar and white collar workers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Knowledge of GCC recruitment processes will be an added advantage

Job Overview
