Detail Talent is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven **Recruiter** to join our growing team in Doha.
If you are passionate about talent acquisition, client relationships, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple sectors and functions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop new business opportunities and support client acquisition
- Source, screen, interview, and assess high-quality talent
- Prepare candidate shortlists, market insights, and recruitment reports
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process
- Maintain recruitment databases, pipelines, and CRM systems
- Support employer branding and business growth initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience
- Agency or executive search experience is highly preferred
- Strong business development and client management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, commercial, or professional services sectors is an advantage
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
