Job Summary
A Recruiter in hospitality is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent across hotel operations (front office, F&B, housekeeping, culinary, etc.).
The role requires strong industry networks and an understanding of service-oriented hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel roles (entry-level to mid-management)
- Source candidates via job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), agencies, and referrals
- Conduct screening interviews and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews with department heads (e.g., Rooms Division, F&B Manager)
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and visa requirements
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Organize walk-in interviews and recruitment drives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Hospitality Management
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience in hotels or hospitality groups
- Strong knowledge of hospitality roles and hiring cycles
- Familiarity with UAE labor market and visa processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience with hotel brands
- Experience hiring multicultural workforce

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
