Job Summary

A Recruiter in hospitality is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent across hotel operations (front office, F&B, housekeeping, culinary, etc.).

The role requires strong industry networks and an understanding of service-oriented hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel roles (entry-level to mid-management)
  • Source candidates via job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), agencies, and referrals
  • Conduct screening interviews and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate interviews with department heads (e.g., Rooms Division, F&B Manager)
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and visa requirements
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
  • Support employer branding initiatives
  • Organize walk-in interviews and recruitment drives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Hospitality Management
  • 2–5 years of recruitment experience in hotels or hospitality groups
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality roles and hiring cycles
  • Familiarity with UAE labor market and visa processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with hotel brands
  • Experience hiring multicultural workforce

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
