Responsibilities
- Build and drive sourcing strategy across engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.
- Source qualified candidates through internet databases, social media, and employee referrals.
- Use Boolean strings and other sourcing methods.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews with technical candidates to assess skills.
- Support diversity and inclusion, employee branding, and other recruiting initiatives.
- Track key recruiting metrics to measure performance and support scale.
