Overview

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and hire real estate agents and other key team members
• Post job ads, screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes with management
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to understand role requirements and promote the company’s value proposition to potential hires
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration

Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms for talent acquisition
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of the real estate sector in Dubai or a strong interest in learning the local market
• Fluency in English
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
