Work Arrangement
- The position is primarily remote, with occasional visits to the Kerala office for training, meetings, or team activities.
- Working hours follow Canadian Eastern Time, with some flexibility for candidate calls and interviews.
Compensation
- Base salary is ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month plus performance-based commission.
- Strong performers may earn ₹1,00,000 or more per month in total compensation based on successful placements.
- The full commission structure and payment terms are explained during the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates across the United States and Canada using LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and direct research.
- Contact passive candidates, introduce relevant opportunities, conduct initial screening calls, and assess candidate interest.
- Evaluate candidate experience against client requirements and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates, coordinate client interviews, and communicate throughout the hiring process.
- Work with the recruitment team to meet sourcing and placement targets and learn the North American construction and engineering market.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English is required.
- Candidates should be comfortable communicating with professionals by phone and email.
- Candidates should have good research, online search, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, able to work independently, persistent, and comfortable with targets.
- A reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and suitable remote workspace are required.
- Previous recruitment, staffing, sales, talent acquisition, construction, or engineering experience is advantageous but not required.
