Position Summary
Serve as a key resource for recreation activities at the property, including pool, beach, entertainment, fitness, and child activity facilities.
Promote a fun and relaxing guest atmosphere while supporting safety, service, and recreation operations.
Guest and Recreation Duties
- Provide information about available recreation facilities and activities.
- Encourage, register, and schedule guests for recreation activities.
- Promote facility rules and respond appropriately to emergencies.
- Assist with private functions, group activities, and events.
- Identify guests who may not safely participate and inform a supervisor.
- Assist injured guests until emergency medical services arrive.
Payments and Facility Operations
- Provide cashier services and process payments for equipment, activities, rentals, and retail sales.
- Clean and maintain recreation facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
- Enter work-related information using computers or point-of-sale systems.
