Recreation Attendant at InterContinental Dubai Marina

Your role will include but not be limited to

• Greeting every guest with a warm, genuine smile upon arrival, setting a positive tone for their experience.
• Assist guests with information about the recreation facilities, spa services, and wellness programs.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or concerns, ensuring needs are met efficiently.
• Ensure the pool, gym, spa, and surrounding recreational areas are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Set up and arrange furniture, fitness equipment, and poolside amenities as needed.
• Maintain and clean restrooms, changing rooms, and shower areas throughout your shift, ensuring they are sanitized, stocked with toiletries and towels, and always guest ready.
• Perform regular walk-throughs to identify and address any cleanliness or maintenance issues proactively.
• Distribute towels, water, and other guest essentials while monitoring inventory levels.
• Keep storage areas clean, organized, and well-supplied; report low stock to management in a timely manner.
• Adhere to safety protocols and cleanliness standards in line with health and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor guest activity in recreational areas to ensure rules are followed and everyone remains safe.
• Promptly report any facility damages, hazards, or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate team or supervisor.
