Role Overview

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide information about recreation facilities, spa services, and wellness programs.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
• Keep pool, gym, spa, and surrounding recreational areas clean and organized.
• Set up furniture, fitness equipment, and poolside amenities as needed.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, changing rooms, and shower areas.
• Conduct walk-throughs to identify cleanliness and maintenance issues.
• Distribute towels, water, and guest essentials while monitoring inventory.
• Keep storage areas organized and report low stock.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards and monitor guest activity for compliance.
• Report facility damage, hazards, and equipment malfunctions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in recreation, guest service, or a wellness-related role is preferred.
• Hotel or resort experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness and hygiene are preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is preferred.
• A friendly, energetic, guest-oriented attitude and strong communication skills are preferred.
