Overview
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards, anticipate their needs, assist guests with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
- Handle telephone enquiries courteously in accordance with club standards, using the proper greeting format: “Sabah Al Khair / Masah Al Khair, ex. Swimming Pool, [Name] speaking, how may I assist you?”
- Accurately complete all injury and incident reports.
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas (e.g., pool towels, bathrooms, walkways, and changing areas).
- Communicate and enforce rules and regulations in a professional and approachable manner.
- Monitor stock levels and promptly raise requisitions for any required items.
- Ensure all operational supplies are prepared and ready for the following day.
- Regularly inspect changing rooms, ensuring lockers are functional and areas are clean and free of used towels or litter.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, colleagues, and management; follow proper telephone etiquette.
- Report all guest complaints promptly to the supervisor or manager.
- Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures.
- Ensure recreation areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Maintain adequate towel supply by folding, stacking, and replenishing as needed.
- Accurately record daily guest information and complete all required reports and checklists. Provide accurate information about recreation facilities and services to club members and guests at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
- To carry out any other reasonable and lawful request directed by the Management
