As a student on the Records Management team, you will participate in a variety of projects associated with the management of records – both physical and electronic. Job location: Calgary, AB – Head Office
Work schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, 8 hours/day (Monday – Friday) for full-time schedule
Term length: 12 months
Term start: January 2027

Index information into records and information management systems
Scan physical files and load electronic records
Participate and assist as required in project work and other activities as identified or required
Perform data, information and image quality assurance activities

Currently enrolled in your 1st year or higher of Business Administration, Records and Information Management Certificate program, Information Management/Technology, Library Science or related program at an accredited post-secondary institution
Must be able to lift, carry and move/arrange boxes weighing up to 35 lbs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
