Job Description

• Ensure Pet Owners are greeted and attended to in an efficient, courteous, and responsive manner always.
• Attend reception calls both internal and external.
• Ensure the reception area is staffed and well always organized.
• Represent the clinic in the best manner in dealing with patients as well as colleagues.
• Check patient eligibility, input information and book appointments etc.…
• Cashiering duties
• Filling of daily reports and other administrative tasks
• The successful applicant:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Customer service-oriented behavior
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Proven work experience as a receptionist/ Front office representative or similar role.
• **Experience in veterinary clinics field is ( preferred ).**
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
• Computer Literate, well organized and has an excellent attention to details.
