Job Description
We are seeking a professional and friendly **Bilingual Receptionist** fluent in **Arabic and English** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
- Manage appointments, scheduling, and reception area organization.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries in both Arabic and English.
- Maintain office security and confidentiality of information.
- Support administrative tasks and assist other departments as needed.
Requirements
- Fluency in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in reception or front desk roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Proficiency with office software and phone systems.
