About the Role
A wellness and aesthetic clinic in Dubai is seeking a Receptionist to manage front desk operations, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service. Candidates should have previous receptionist experience, preferably in a clinic or healthcare setting, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and manage inquiries
- Schedule appointments using clinic management software
- Handle phone calls, front desk duties, and email communications
- Ensure a positive first impression for clients
Requirements
- Previous receptionist experience, ideally in a clinic, medical, aesthetic, spa, or healthcare setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable using CRM and clinic booking systems, email and office tools (MS Office, Google Workspace), phone systems and messaging platforms
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Presentable and well groomed with a professional and friendly attitude
- Ability to handle patient information confidentially and ethically
- Flexibility and a calm, customer focused approach in a fast paced environment
