The Role: Receptionist (UAE National)

  • We are inviting applications for the role of Receptionist (UAE National) at Deira International School.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, staff, and students, offering a friendly, professional, and welcoming presence.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth and values of the school.
  • Manage front desk activities including phone calls, emails, visitor sign in, and general enquiries.
  • Support safeguarding procedures by ensuring all visitors are appropriately registered and guided.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with parents and staff across the school.
  • Maintain accurate records and day to day reception systems.
  • Work closely with colleagues as part of a supportive Front of House team.
  • Handle information with care, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Support school events, open days, and community activities.
  • Stay calm, organised, and helpful in a busy school environment.
  • Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and school policies.
