Overview
- We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Receptionist with Sales Experience to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with a professional, friendly attitude, ensuring a 5 star customer experience.
- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle client inquiries.
- Assist in promoting and selling clinic services and products.
- Maintain an organized reception area and ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Manage patient intake and coordinate client information efficiently.
- Upsell and cross sell aesthetic services and treatments.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of services, promotions, and new products.
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist experience, preferably in a wellness, beauty, or medical setting.
- Proven sales experience with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Professional appearance at all times.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic (both spoken and written) are essential.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and wellness products is a plus.
- Detail oriented, organized, and a team player.
