N Beauty Salon LLC is hiring five Arabic-speaking receptionists to join its UAE team.
The role is based in the UAE and requires in-person work.
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic and English are required.
- At least two years of receptionist or customer service experience in the UAE is required.
- Beauty salon, spa, or hospitality experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
- Good computer and booking-system skills are required.
- Strong sales and upselling skills are required.
- Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients professionally.
- Manage appointments and daily bookings.
- Handle calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Confirm appointments and follow up with customers.
- Coordinate with salon staff and management.
- Promote salon services, packages, and offers.
- Maintain an excellent front-desk customer experience.
