Position Overview
- We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer focused Receptionist / Administrative Secretary to join a car import and export business.
- The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and business partners in the UAE and Europe while providing administrative and secretarial support.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding vehicle imports, exports, shipping updates, and documentation.
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a receptionist, secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role will be helpful
- No need to have experience with cars as we will provide training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Speaking Spanish would be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
