Receptionist

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls and inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain and update office records, documents, databases, and contact lists.
• Order, receive, and monitor office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, and preparation of documents and correspondence.
• Provide administrative support to staff and departments as required.
• Support the Office Administrator with daily operational and administrative activities.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier shipments, and deliveries.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and bookings as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information, employee records, and business documents.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
