Role Description

  • Greet patients, manage check in and check out procedures, and handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain patient records, coordinate with clinical and administrative teams, and manage front desk documentation and clerical tasks.
  • Explain services, present treatment options as directed, support basic sales activities such as promoting clinic offerings, and ensure a high standard of customer service and patient experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills to manage front desk operations, appointment scheduling, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with patients and team members.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette skills to handle calls, inquiries, and appointment requests.
  • Relevant experience in a healthcare or dental clinic setting is preferred, with familiarity in using clinic management or scheduling software.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in administration, customer service, or healthcare support is a plus.
