Responsibilities
- Manage visitors, customers, telephone calls, and messages at front reception professionally and efficiently
- Keep stock and order office supplies, stationery, etc. as per set schedule
- Handle mail, deliveries, and couriers
- Organize meetings and set up conference rooms
- Assist in providing general office management support to the Office Manager, facilities maintenance, and miscellaneous administrative tasks
- Assist in coordination of operational purchases; create requisitions and purchase orders in the system
- Update internal telephone directory on a regular basis
- Maintain cooperative working relationship with all departments, focusing on high level of customer service
Requirements
- 1 2 years experience in an administrative support role
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to adapt to other job functions in the Admin Department as required

Job Summary
- Responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, customers, telephone calls, and messages at front reception.
- Responsible for keeping stock and ordering office supplies, stationery, etc. as per the set schedule.
- Handle mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Organize meetings, setting up conference rooms.
- Assist in providing general office management support to the Office Manager, facilities maintenance, miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist in coordination of operational purchases; create requisitions and Purchase orders in the system.
- Update internal telephone directory on a regular basis.
- Maintains a cooperative working relationship with all other departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer service both internally and externally.

Required Skills
- 1 2 years experience in administrative support role – proactive, efficient, trustworthy and mature individual with a high level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Education level – Bachelors Degree or Diploma in any field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to adapt to other job functions in the Admin Dept. as and when required.
