Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients and providing a refined experience that reflects the center's identity.
  • Managing bookings and schedules, ensuring daily work organization.
  • Responding to phone calls and WhatsApp messages professionally and promptly.
  • Monitoring client attendance and coordinating with specialists and management.
  • Interacting with booking systems and sales points, utilizing software applications used in the center.
  • Preparing daily and weekly reports and continuously updating data.
  • Maintaining the organization of the reception area and ensuring a professional appearance.

Requirements

  • Saudi nationality.
  • Previous experience in reception or customer service.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written, at an excellent level.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to interact with various systems and software applications, with a quick learning ability for new programs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High interpersonal skills and professionalism.
  • Able to work within a team and handle work pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in spas, salons, or beauty centers.
  • Familiarity with report preparation basics and data monitoring using Excel.
  • Able to communicate with clients in English when needed.
