About the Role
Serve as the first point of contact for the office in a professional, friendly, and well-organized manner.
The opportunity is open to experienced candidates and freshers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Manage visitor records, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Receive, sort, and distribute correspondence, documents, and packages.
- Coordinate with departments to support daily office operations.
- Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
- Assist with documentation, filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Support meeting arrangements and room bookings.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Handle routine requests and escalate issues when required.
- Complete other reception and administrative duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Freshers are welcome; similar experience is an advantage.
- Fluent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Professional personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
