Role Description

  • Full time, on site Receptionist role based in Riyadh.
  • Manage front desk, greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, ensure professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and ensure a professional and welcoming environment
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Handle inquiries, schedule and coordinate appointments or meeting rooms
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain reception area organization
  • Perform basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, preparing documents
  • Support internal communication between departments

Qualifications

  • Strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Solid Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry skills beneficial
  • Prior experience in receptionist or administrative support role preferred
  • Ability to work on site in Riyadh, manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality
  • Communicate effectively in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
