Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and provide an exceptional experience that reflects the center's identity.
  • Manage bookings and schedules, ensuring daily operations are organized.
  • Respond to phone calls and WhatsApp messages professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor client attendance and coordinate with specialists and management.
  • Interact with reservation systems and sales points, utilizing the software programs used in the center.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports, continuously updating data.
  • Maintain an organized reception area and a professional atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Saudi nationality.
  • Previous experience in reception or customer service.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, at an excellent level.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to interact with various systems and software programs, with a quick learning ability for new software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of communication and professional interpersonal skills.
  • Neat appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Able to work within a team and handle work pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in spas, salons, or beauty centers.
  • Familiarity with report preparation and data monitoring using Excel.
  • Able to communicate with clients in English.
