Role overview

Requirements

• Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English is required.
• At least one year of experience in reception or customer service is required.
• Experience in the contracting or engineering sector is a plus.
• Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are required.
• The candidate must be able to handle pressure and manage schedules efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, clients, and contractors professionally and direct them appropriately.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while taking accurate messages.
• Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence.
• Book and prepare meeting rooms and ensure required arrangements are in place.
• Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about company projects and services.
• Maintain organized visitor and communication logs while ensuring data privacy and security.
• Coordinate basic administrative support with Procurement, Projects, and HR.
