Main responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, emails, take correct information and answer all questions efficiently, collect health information.
- Greet patients in a friendly and courteous manner, schedule or cancel optical examinations and appointments.
- Billing and/or payment of insurance by patients.
- Perform preliminary eye exam tests as needed or requested.
- Respond to a high volume of calls and maintain a high work pace.
