Receptionist

We are searching for an experienced Receptionist at our MSC India - Mumbai facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Reception Management Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests.

Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.

Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel.

Telephone & Communication Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls.

Route calls and messages to the respective employees.

Respond to general inquiries professionally.

Administrative Support Manage courier, postal, and dispatch activities.

Coordinate meeting room bookings.
