We are seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join our oil & gas trading company.
As the first point of contact, the candidate will play a key role in representing the company to international clients, suppliers, and business partners.
The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle front desk operations in a fast-paced trading environment.
Prior exposure to corporate or trading companies will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, suppliers, and international visitors professionally
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and business inquiries efficiently
- Coordinate meeting schedules with traders, management, and external partners
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper documentation
- Support communication between departments (trading, operations, finance)
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Ensure reception area reflects a high corporate standard
- Assist with basic administrative and coordination tasks
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk executive (preferably in corporate/trading environment)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of office tools (MS Office, email handling, scheduling)
Language Requirements
- English (Fluent – Mandatory)
- Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Russian, or Chinese (preferred due to international trading environment)
