Receptionist

The R eceptionist will be responsible for :

• G iv ing our guests a memorable welcome and lasting impression
• Provid ing exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products, services and facilities
• Ensur ing that the daily task list is completed effectively
• Work ing collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences
• Ta king initiative in accommodating our guests needs in a resourceful manner

To be successful in the role of Receptionist , we require :

• Excellent guest engagement skills
• An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
• Willingness to learn and work with IT systems quickly
• The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
• A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
