- Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries promptly
- Check clients in and out while ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Process payments accurately using the salon's point of sale system
- Recommend salon services, memberships, packages, and retail products to clients
- Coordinate with hairstylists, therapists, and technicians to ensure appointments run smoothly
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and support the salon team
Requirements
- Previous experience as Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Customer Service Representative, or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer service and sales abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Confidence using computers, booking systems, and Microsoft Office
- Professional appearance and friendly personality
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts

- Assist with daily administrative tasks and support the salon team whenever needed.
- Handle client feedback professionally and help resolve concerns to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Customer Service Representative, or similar role (beauty salon or spa experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding customer service and sales abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Confidence using computers, booking systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional appearance and friendly personality.
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast paced environment.
- Good command of spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts.

Compensation
