- Greet guests and visitors professionally

- Coordinate with different departments to ensure best service
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Update guest data and maintain records accurately
- Collect payments and issue invoices when needed
- Maintain the appearance and professionalism of the reception area
Requirements
- Saudi nationality
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in shifts
- Good appearance and tactfulness

Job Overview
