Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients at the reception.
- Manage appointments, registrations, and patient records.
- Verify insurance eligibility and process approvals.
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and patients regarding coverage and claims.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting.
- Experience with medical insurance approvals and claims.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
