About The Role
We are currently looking for a professional, friendly, and well-presented **Arabic-speaking Receptionist** with previous experience in a **beauty salon** environment.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, offering a warm welcome and excellent customer service while efficiently managing appointments and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with a positive attitude
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Manage client bookings and salon calendar using scheduling software
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist in promoting salon services and products to clients
- Communicate effectively with staff and management
Requirements
- **Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)**
- **Minimum 2 year of experience** as a receptionist in a **beauty salon** or spa
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Knowledge of salon management systems (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
