- Ensure smooth communication between clients, coaches, and the rest of the team

- Previous experience in a similar role (luxury hospitality, premium sports club, high end retail)
- Excellent communication skills with fluent English
- Impeccable presentation with a positive and proactive attitude
- Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask

Job Description
- As a Receptionist / Guest Experience Officer, you will be the first point of contact and the face of the Padel Club.
- Your mission is to provide a five star welcome and ensure a seamless, memorable experience for every member and guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome members and visitors, embodying the premium spirit of the club.
- Manage the end to end booking process through our online system, by phone, and via WhatsApp.
- Process payments for bookings, memberships, and pro shop purchases efficiently and accurately.
- Handle all inquiries regarding our offerings, pricing, and events with professionalism.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, coaches, and the rest of the team.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a similar role (luxury hospitality, premium sports club, high end retail).
- Excellent communication skills with fluent English (French or Arabic languages are a plus).
- Impeccable presentation with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
