Deliver warm, memorable hospitality experiences as a Receptionist/GSA on the Hotels team.
Support smooth guest arrivals and departures while helping create positive stays.
Daily responsibilities
- Greet guests, verify arrival details, assign rooms, issue keys, and provide welcome materials or bell service assistance.
- Process departures by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and using the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, concerns, messages, and communications.
- Use upselling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and increase room and service revenue.
