Role Overview
- We are looking for a warm, organized, and professional Female Receptionist to join the dynamic team at En Vogue Beauty and Medical Center.
- As the first point of contact for our ladies' salon, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional and luxurious guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet clients upon arrival, assist with check in procedures, and ensure a welcoming reception environment.
- Handle booking inquiries, schedule appointments via phone, email, and in person, and optimize the daily salon schedule.
- Provide accurate information regarding our salon services, promotional packages, and exclusive memberships.
- Process client payments efficiently, manage cash registers, and issue accurate receipts.
- Maintain a tidy front desk, coordinate seamlessly with stylists and staff, and handle basic data entry and customer records.
Candidate Requirements
- Female candidates only (Required for our ladies' salon environment).
- Freshers are welcome! Entry level candidates with a great attitude will be fully trained.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with excellent conversational skills.
- Highly presentable, friendly, energetic, and capable of multitasking in a fast paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new booking or point of sale (POS) software.
