Requirements

  • Must be Tagalog speaking
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Officer
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and polite approach when welcoming visitors and handling inquiries
  • Good computer skills with basic knowledge of MS Office and daily administrative tasks
  • Ability to manage incoming calls, emails, visitor coordination, and general office support
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Presentable, responsible, and able to work independently
