- Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, meeting rooms and visitor logs
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it reflects the firm’s high standards of professionalism
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient front desk operations and client support
Requirements
- European Speakers only
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, presentable appearance, and client facing confidence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise efficiently and maintain composure under pressure
