Receptionist role serving as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
The vacancy is part of the employer's Emiratization initiative and is open to Emirati fresh graduates.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees and provide professional assistance.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
- Manage visitor sign-in procedures and comply with site security requirements.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate conference-room bookings.
- Maintain an organized reception area and provide administrative and clerical support.
- Monitor office supplies, place orders, and maintain records and contact lists.
- Issue PPE to visitors entering the plant.
- Assist with flight, hotel, and car rental bookings as needed.
- Coordinate with Facilities and Building Maintenance regarding repairs, pest control, and cleaning services.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
- A diploma degree is required.
- Receptionist or administrative experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office software is required.
- Good business English and Microsoft proficiency are required.
- Communication, organization, time management, prioritization, resourcefulness, and customer service skills are required.
